Tracey Harrach, an associate with TraskBritt, is a graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. She is a Registered Patent Attorney and holds a B.S. in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry.

Ms. Harrach worked for Myriad Genetics intellectual property department conducting patentability, patent validity and infringement analysis. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Harrach gained experience in genetics and molecular biology through the study of synaptic transmission defects in C. elegans. Ms. Harrach also worked as a Research Technologist developing new methods of RNA extraction useful in determining viral load in HIV and hepatitis patients.
