TraskBritt Chemical and Chemical Process Practice Group attorneys possess extensive experience in chemical engineering processes and the chemical arts. This experience includes participation in the preparation and prosecution of a wide range of chemical patent applications encompassing the technologies of full-scale chemical process operations, microscale chemical coating processes, chemical and agricultural applications, pharmaceutical applications, aerospace and defense applications and other applications and processes involving inorganic and organic chemicals, and biochemistry.

 

The Chemical and Chemical Process Practice Group also provides litigation and dispute resolution services and counseling in areas including patent infringement, trade secret theft and protection, and unfair competition issues. In addition, the members of this practice group provide technology licensing expertise, from the review of non-disclosure agreements to the creation of complicated technology licenses and research and development agreements.
