Elizabeth Schierman’s practice is centered on guiding innovators through the protection, acquisition, and/or commercialization of patent and trademark rights.  Having IP experience in a variety of technology fields and spanning the breadth of intellectual property law, she counsels clients ranging from international corporations to start-up businesses.  She holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Law from the University of Idaho.  She is an advisory board member for the Department of Chemicals and Materials Engineering in Moscow, Idaho, and is also a member and two-time past chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Idaho State Bar in Boise, Idaho.
