Ms. Weber Powell has served TraskBritt as an associate and a shareholder and is currently of counsel. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Weber Powell served as a civil litigation attorney for Richards, Brandt, Miller & Nelson. Her practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law with an emphasis on assisting in the acquisition and enforcement of trademarks. She assists clients with clearance searches when selecting a new trademark and is experienced handling proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She provides guidance to clients with managing and growing their global trademark portfolio.
