In addition to patent preparation and prosecution, Mr. Nixon specializes in trademark prosecution and IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Nixon received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, and completed his Juris Doctorate at Lewis & Clark Law School. He is admitted to the Utah Bar and is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
