Bailey M. Ziegler


Bailey’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications for clients in the semiconductor, nanotechnology, oil and gas, medical product, and chemical and material processing industries. Bailey also assists in the acquisition and enforcement of trademarks. Prior to joining TraskBritt, Bailey worked as a metallurgical intern at an aluminum manufacturing plant and served as a research assistant in the fields of biomaterials and polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells.


Bailey holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Illinois, where she received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Intellectual Property Transactions and in Fact Investigation and served as a Notes Editor for the technology journal.
