Eric received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He received a Masters of Medical Engineering in Bioengineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University.


Prior to attending law school, Eric worked for over a decade as a research & development engineer in the medical device industry and is an inventor on several patents.
