Jake received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property. Jake’s practice primarily focuses on patent preparation and prosecution with extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for the power generation, aerospace, and automotive industries. Jake also has experience drafting and prosecuting medical device applications and software-related patent applications. Jake also has experience performing freedom-to-operate reviews, managing client-parent portfolios, and providing litigation support.
