Jesse is a shareholder at TraskBritt. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals in the development, acquisition, sale, and licensing of technology and intellectual property rights. Prior to joining TraskBritt, Jesse worked as a chemical process engineer for Orbital ATK, focusing on the design, implementation, and augmentation of different energetic material systems and processes. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.

Jesse has been named among the Utah Legal Elite in Intellectual Property by Utah Business Magazine. During law school, Jesse received CALI Awards for the highest grades in intellectual property law, intellectual property licensing, and legal seminar (for his thesis on technical, legal, and policy issues associated with fuel cell technology).
