Registered Patent Agent or Attorney

TraskBritt, PC, seeks a registered patent attorney or agent with a Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree and 3 or more years of patent prosecution experience that includes recent patent application drafting.

Position requires substantial recent experience preparing original, United States utility patent applications and extensive inventor contact.

The firm provides a congenial and cooperative work environment and opportunities for substantial client interaction and professional growth.

Remote, in office or hybrid schedules available depending on experience.

Strong formal technical educational background.  Excellent writing and communication skills. Candidates with prior work experience in their field of technical training preferred. Ability to work with others a must. USPTO registration required.

Compensation can range from $120,000.00 to $165,000.00 based on experience. Benefits are highly competitive. All submissions held in confidence.
