Brian G. Prince

Brian’s practice focuses on helping his clients identify and protect their intellectual property rights by preparing and prosecuting patent applications and managing intellectual property portfolios nationally and internationally. He has experience working with a wide range of technologies including automotive, aeronautical, biomechanical, recreational, construction, software, and other consumer products. He has helped clients initiate reexamination proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and successfully appealed patent applications in front of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Brian received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
