Elizabeth H. Schierman

Elizabeth is a patent and trademark attorney with a passion for innovation and design. Her work spans the globe with frequent work to secure patents in Europe, Asia, and North America. Elizabeth’s chemical engineering degree included studies in semiconductor fabrication and process control and research in food processing and water remediation. Before earning her law degree, she worked at an electrical engineering company and in a technology transfer office at a university. Previously, she taught a semester of intellectual property law at the University of Idaho College of Law.

Elizabeth twice served as Chair of the Idaho State Bar’s Intellectual Property Law Section and has been on the Advisory Board for the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Idaho since 2008. Super Lawyers® recognized Elizabeth as a top-rated intellectual property attorney for 2017 and 2018.
