Joseph A. Walkowski

Joe brings decades of intellectual property experience to TraskBritt, where in addition to his active practice he serves as General Counsel to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he served as in-house IP counsel at several major oil service companies. Joe’s exceptional understanding of corporate goals, cultures and dynamics, combined with his M.B.A., enables him to provide business-oriented solutions to a substantial and diverse clientele pursuing a wide variety of technologies. Joe’s practice focuses on strategic planning, opinions, patent prosecution, licensing, litigation support and due diligence.
