Kyle received his J.D from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School and graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, he was part of the National Moot Court team as the brief writer and an oralist. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Idaho State University where he graduated first in his class with High Honors. Prior to law school, Kyle worked as a mechanical engineer for Idaho National Labs at the Advanced Test Reactor. Kyle’s practice focuses on patent prosecution for clients in the software, mechanical, aerospace, and nuclear industries.
