Logan’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution with experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for aerospace, medical devices, and software-related patent applications. Logan assists his clients in securing and protecting other intellectual property rights including trademarks and copyrights.
Logan received his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he graduated with honors and was awarded an outstanding achievement award in Advanced Legal Research. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
Prior to attending law school, Logan worked for Atkinson Electronics as a Project Manager Engineer. Logan’s practice focuses on patent preparation and opinions and transactional and licensing.
