Ryan D. Parks
Attorney
Ryan earned his J.D., graduating with honors, from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
Before attending law school, Ryan worked as a mechanical engineer in the transportation industry at a firm specializing in heavy-duty trucking applications, where he helped to develop electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software systems.
Ryan has experience in patent prosecution and application drafting from both the client’s and legal professional’s perspectives, providing him with an understanding of the technical, business, and legal considerations involved in patent procurement and enforcement.
